How To Regroup And Reground Before Making A Call

I’ve been training real estate agents for five years now and one thing that hasn’t changed over the years is this - Agents are sometimes too scared to pick up the phone. And when they hit the phone, they do a half-ass job.
Why is that, you ask?
The most common answer is FEAR. Most agents, heck most people, fear rejection. They fear that the prospect will say “NO” even before they get to the pitch. They fear that they don’t have that well-modulated voice that gets people to trust you from the word “Hello” .
Face Everything And Rise (FEAR)
Fortunately, both fear mixed with enough preparation, can make you become comfortable with calling your prospects, leads, and clients any time, any day.
