You’re going to keep a food diary.


See, that’s not scary!


And NO this isn’t about calorie counting per se.


It’s about being conscious of what you are eating and you can do this in a few minutes.


So much of our life becomes mindless as the busyness of life takes over, eating being the common one.


Every week I have women sending me private messages, saying that they can’t lose weight.


Mostly due to mindless eating, because they love all the “wrong foods’ and have a huge workload.


So if you resonate with being busy and eating the wrong foods, then this tip is for you...


...here’s what you’re gonna do.


Grab a pen and paper, your phone to take photos, or even use an app like MyFitnessPal.


Now record everything you consume.


No judgment, analysis, or thinking about what is right or wrong - which is the hard part, by the way....


Be completely open and honest.


Remember no judgment!


After a week look back on the data you have collected then decide what needs to change for you.


My clients find this one task a huge EYE OPENER for them.


There is no hiding from the data!


Plus by being conscious about the food you put in your mouth you’ll think twice about eating it.


Especially if you work from home, and the kitchen is easily accessible!


It's easy to keep nibbling but that’s the key.


Be aware with eyes wide open - not your mouth!

Plus a food diary will help you identify and alter emotional eating habits too.
