Recently we used the Symbility REST notification framework to capture relevant claims, assignments, and estimate events, which helped our client streamline their proprietary workflows and processes, ensuring nothing fell through the cracks.
The Symbility REST API came into play, allowing us to post back claim information, including photos and documentation, into Symbility via our clients' existing proprietary software. This ensured a consistent flow of information and enhanced efficiency. One of our significant undertakings involved developing a tool to import and normalize historical Symbility data to this client’s internal system.?
To make this a reality, we implemented Xact as a listener. This ensured real-time updates on claims statuses, times, and assignments.

Our custom CMS not only interprets Symbility data into our home-grown system’s data, but it also identifies the core claims system model. This allows us to map wholly different systems to that model, leading to a cohesive 360-degree view of our client’s data.
