You’re bursting at the seams, yearning to be of service, but there’s a nagging voice inside that wonders if you need to rediscover your own voice first. Where do you even start? This, in fact, is the very question posted by SPARKED podcast listener, Nida, on today’s episode:

"How do I rediscover a sense of self belief and confidence when so much of my life is in deep transition and I'm stepping into and entirely new season of work and life?

Jadah is a multi-time founder and CEO of Jadah Sellner Media, the co-creator of the Simple Green Smoothies social and business phenom, sought-after advisor to entrepreneurs, and bestselling author.?

Such an important conversation, Jonathan Fields! I like to look at “the proof in my past” and remind myself of times I made it through unexpected challenges or transitions and found a way through. I think about one door closing and another door opening, and even though the closing door can be unexpected and painful, it can lead to an open door that leads to greater things! ??
