Cupola furnace is a melting device used in foundries that can be used to melt cast iron,copper, lead etc. The cupola can be made almost any practical size. The overall shape is cylindrical .Raw materials are the lead separated by the Battery Separation Section (automotive battery, truck battery, electric bicycle battery, etc.)The final product is the lead ingot, the lead slag can be sold directly.

Our lead recycling production line is consist of two section :?

1.Battery Separating Section:?

Battery Cutter Recycling Machine - Firstly the scrap lead acid battery will be separated by the "Battery Separating machine". The final products of separation section is plastic, lead, acid.

2.Lead Refining Section:

Cupola Furnace with air pollution control system - The coarse lead can be refined by Smelting Section. You can choose the Cupola Furnace to get the lead ingot if you want to get deeply recycle.
