How to (really) stand out in a job interview?
#1 Do a company background check. When did they found? Who found it? How big they are now?. Check?LinkedIn,?Glassdoor, or?Crunchbase
#2 Create and share in advance your online portfolio. Proactively share the projects you've done in the past. Created mine?here with Linktree?and?here with Notion
#3 Check-in advances the work that they've made. List down your findings on why you think it’s great? and how do you think it can be better?
#4 Learn about the role. What is the most important skill you need to have for the role? Google it. "Most important skills as (fill the role here)"
#5 Find who else working in the team you are applying?to. Go to LinkedIn, go to the company profile, and search who else working in the same department as you.
#6 Understand more the industry verticals. How is the trend now? What are the pros and cons of it? How is it compared with other industries?. Example industries: E-Commerce, Travel, Fintech, EdTech, Health, Gaming, Farming, etc etc.

#7 Be curious and ask questions (Super important)

#8 (If possible) ask to speak with other people in the company.
Ask the hiring manager to also have a chance to speak with your future team member. The goal is to learn more about the company and team’s culture.
