Dear educator, your professional success depends on how flexible you are to changes in your school.
Are you one of those that shut down younger colleagues from voicing out new ideas because you feel threatened?
Are you one of those who always oppose school management when a new methodology or pedagogue is introduced?
Perhaps you are against the use of new and innovative ways of running a school or teaching a lesson because you believe your old ways are better since they have been giving you good results.
Let me tell you this: if you don't adapt to change and seek innovations, you will become relevant in your field.

Until the next edition, keep learning and remain adaptable.
