How Reading Gives Value Started (journey)

Ever since I have been a little kid, books were my first friend.?I was not so much active in extra co-circular activities in school when I was in my school days.

I was having inferiority complex issues as I thought everyone can secure good grades but I am the only one who struggles so hard to gain marks or rank something in class.?

I still remember in class 8 I got 32 rank in my class which was so pathetic.?

I still remember how my teachers would feel sorry about my marks and say I need to improve a lot.?

I somehow managed to clear my 10th and 12th with an 80% aggregate which was not sufficient for me as all my friends have got Delhi University as they managed to score above 90%.?

I was depressed and dissatisfied with my performance that inspite of the hard work I was not able to score good marks.

Now, the students who could afford to go to Amity University and all the B-Schools got separated.?

I was left where I was which made me feel that "I AM NOT CAPABLE OF ANYTHING".

I took admission in Bcom (Honours) in a semi-private college as I could able to clear the Lucknow University entrance test.?

I was really sad from within as I never wanted to study in a college which is near to my house as I wanted to experience college life and grow.

With Bcom (Honours) I enrolled myself in CS (Company Secretary) which was something I took as a challenge as I wanted to prove to myself that I am capable to qualify for the exam.

By gods grace, I gave the exam in December 2014 and passed the exam which was a big thing for me and my family.

I was contented that if you do "HARDWORK" everything is possible.

I then started my executive which was a disaster as I always gave both the modules together with Bcom (Honours) so in this phase one or two papers would clash as both being professional degrees.

I was feeling very sad and day by day as I use to give my attempts my morale was going down. I used to hate the practical subject tax but I was still not able to get the correct answer of the total tax.

Then my Bcom (Honours) got over I took admission in Law which I did from a college affiliated to Lucknow University for the last time I went and gave my CS exams then the too same thing happened one law paper clashed.?

I then thought to quit CS as I thought the law is really important if I will be doing two things I can never get success in one.?

With this, I studied law and then my moral level went down as I thought I have wasted my parents time and money 4 times.?

This thing was very difficult for me as for each new year I used to buy the tax amendments video series.?

Being a professional course the cost and all was high. Then I promised myself that the "BOOKS I LOVED SO MUCH DID'NT DO JUSTICE WITH ME".?

I then started searching net made my account on Instagram so that I could divert my mind and attention to something that takes out this failure part from my life.

Then while surfing the net I saw many pages which had content on books, education and a lot more.?

I found out pages and started texting them after a while there was a girl who approached me that if I would send you a free book would you be interested in doing a review.?

At that time I was unaware of the fact that what is that as a review was new. She explained how it works and she can courier me the book.

Then I started getting books that were so amazing each month I used to get 4 books at least.?

I have added too many groups it was overwhelming how someone would send me a book which touched my heart as it was sometimes gift wrapped written with my name on the courier.

It all went till a year and so every courier person started recognizing me they would come and ask my mother that "Aunty Aap Sari Books Yek Bar Mai Le Liya Kigye"

I was getting popular with no money but it was giving me an identity that I never had.?

I loved books and so books loved me back. I used to give some free books to my friends which was a positive thing. I used to learn so much about the authors, the books were of different genres and had different things to teach.

Then I changed my user name to "Reading Gives Value", which gave me an identity and made me who I am today. I believe each one is a reader and a reader is something so touching which make us one.?

One reader is important to exit in a family which can nurture and provide ideas.

Today I am blessed to have created so much awareness about books, reading and other things.?

I want to say that every child is special and unique when god has given birth he has decided a path for each one of them. Yes, hard work is something that has no substitute but choosing the wrong career choice is even more disastrous.?

I want to add that when I launched myself as a Mentor at that time I have tried and tested many beta clients still today if someone having any problem comes to me I speak to them as I can understand what they are going through as I have also gone through a lot with some things and overcome them by my self-worth.

I have had calls with students struggling to find a job to people who cant charge prices in their freelancing business due to some fear which by talking to them I came to know some have anxiety issues, some deal with clinical depression, some have their family problems, some are not having a set vision and roadmap which they could follow.?

I want to add to this that when I talk to them many are not able to pay my fees but still they feel positive as I have gone through them, fought day and night.?

I want to add I had issues with uploading my profile picture till 2019 but when I saw that without that my books would not look nice I had to do that no matter what.?

We all deal with issues which we think it is difficult as there are many factors which can control you back.

I would like to add nothing comes into our life easy if it is easy it's not worth it. We need to remove everything on average as no one would work with you so it is you who can make your life.?

Coming to the end, I want to say I am happy I left CS. I am happy that I finally took a wise decision to leave CS.

I also want to add that there are people who are weak and need extra care and attention. Many entrepreneurs are on the wrong track which would never produce better results. Many First Generation Lawyers, CA, CS who want to know how to grow their practice. There are many things which come when people have problems in their life.?

I am a person who is ready to accept difficult challenges as for me each phase was like a challenge as I was never satisfied with myself. I know some mentors need clients who are already good at many things they just look for support or guidance but for me its that if someone would come with me with many problems I will accept him/her as my client as I know the feeling of being left out.?

Many times children, students after college, solo entrepreneurs, lawyers and many more must have gone through this feeling once in a life. I understand when you say no to someone it feels rejected and the person's moral level goes down.?

I would like to add, many static things we can't change but we can try to change the dynamic things in a person. My mentorship does not offer a 100% guarantee as we as mentors are with them for a short period maybe 3 months to 6 months rest is his journey.

I would assure that whatever I teach I can give satisfaction and the person would immediately feel the change.?

I would also make them so strong that they could find a way to their true calling in life.?

I would make them lead their life with happiness and glory as we know we cannot alter the past but we can change the future.?

In the end, I would like to say never think about the past just keep on doing your best.
