What are the employee expectations?
Look at the HR tech solutions from the employee- and the candidate perspective. What are their expectations? Above list is hopefully self-explanatory. With "Data is portable" I mean: can the employee own his/her own data and analysis, and take these to a next employer or use them for personal use?
Personalisation: can the solution be tailored to the individual preferences and profile of the candidate or the employee?
