How to quickly launch a new product from scratch with confidence

Having experienced the journey from zero to one hundred, starting again from scratch now comes with a newfound confidence. I joined ZHERUI in 2010, abandoning traditional mercury, sodium, and metal halide lamps to start from zero with LED lighting. By dissecting LED fixtures, I discovered they consist of a housing, a chip, and a power supply. The latest breakthrough was the power supply; a stable design coupled with quality control of electronic components accounted for one-third of the success. The chips, initially imported from Taiwan's Epistar, gradually became stable with domestic brands. We designed and developed nearly 20 sets of damp-proof lights in various materials and shapes, and 7 sets of triple-proof lights. Fourteen years have passed since then. This year, ZHERUI is setting out again, transitioning from LED lighting to the EV charging station and charging gun market. We're applying the same strategy without hesitation: deconstructing the product into electronic circuits, charging guns, charging cables, and plugs. Based on market and application needs, we completed product debugging in half a year. Currently, certification is underway, and shipments have begun. We look forward to your support.
