How quickly do you want to be in business? I work with clients that are on either end of the spectrum. I have my clients who are very aggressive, very ready and they want to be in business yesterday.? Then I have other clients on the opposite end where they are a little bit more reflective. They like to really think through their process and want to take time doing their due diligence.?

The great news is that I'm willing to help you on whatever end of the spectrum you're on. If you're that very aggressive ready to go person, you can get through this process in 30 to 60 days. On the flip side, if you are a more reflective person and you like to take your time through the due diligence, it may take you 4 to 5 months, but whatever side of the spectrum that you're on, I'm here to walk you through every step of the process.? I will ensure that you get all of your questions answered and that you're feeling very secure and very confident in the decision that you're making.? I’ll help you talk through your research so you can decide if you are picking the right franchise.
Going Through the Steps
Whatever side of the spectrum you're on, or whatever pace you choose, just remember that you're still going to go through all the steps of the research process. You're going to start off by completing the entrepreneurial profile. Then we're going to review those results and build your business model where you get to paint a really clear picture of what that business should look like and identify what business criteria are important to you.?
Once you build that business model, then I'll be able to introduce you to specific franchises that are going to help you achieve the goals and criteria that you said were important as we built that model. And finally, you get to start the research. That's where your work begins, but you’re never alone. I will be with you every step of the way, communicating with you constantly about what you're learning from each of the franchises.? The research includes talking with representatives of each franchise you are researching. As well as receiving and reviewing the franchise’s franchise disclosure document or FDD so you can get a very transparent look at the business from the inside out. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to speak to franchisees within each brand you are exploring in order to validate what you have been hearing from each franchise. All of this research will be helpful to you in making a well informed decision on which franchise is right for you.
