How Quickly Can You Lose Fat & See Results?
Of course, I can't give you a straight answer. So many factors contribute to your progress.
Sleep, stress, nutrition, mindset, exercise, daily movement, and so on.
If you were controlling all of these factors to suit your goals, you'd want to be seeing around 0.5kg lost a week.
Anything much more than 1kg a week will likely be muscle loss over fat loss :( .
But to get to a point where you have super strong habits in every area does take time, it took me years until all my efforts got me serious results.
That's why when I work with new clients we look at 1-2 big problem areas. Areas that I know if we focus on first we can lose weight within the first 4 weeks of working together.
For some it's sleep, some just need to start working out, and others it's of course nutrition.
How long it takes to get people results is why I got into this business.
