How to Push a MBAM Client through Group Policy Screenshots

What is MBAM?

Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) 2.5 provides a simplified administrative interface that you can use to manage BitLocker Drive Encryption. You configure MBAM Group Policy Templates that enable you to set BitLocker Drive Encryption policy options that are appropriate for your enterprise, and then use them to monitor client compliance with those policies. You can also report on the encryption status of an individual computer and on the enterprise as a whole. In addition, you can access recovery key information when users forget their PIN or password or when their BIOS or boot record changes. 

Create a Group Policy

Create a New group policy if you have not running any for the MBAM. If you have already MBAM group policy, you can do it in the same policy you don’t have to create a new one

Give it a name whatever you want to give it to

After Creating go to the policy and right click on it and Edit that newly created policy like I had the policy named “MBAM Polices”

After clicking on Edit this dialog box will be opened 

Locate the given place “Software Installation” 

For this you have to give it the UNC or Network Path rather than Drive path. You can do it by just follow the given points Create a Folder in any drive , right click on the folder and share it with everyone with Read Permission and put the client in this folder and then give the same path in the given 

The software will show after sometime like with in Minute so don’t worry 

Then Link this policy to the OU in which your client computers reside or on the OU in which you have to put this policy 

After that you will see on the client Machine that MBAM Agent will be running automatically. NOTE: Policy will refelect on the client the time you gave in the GPO refresh interval or you can run Gpupdate for the instant result  

You can confirm that is your Client installed or not by checking these folders are populated or not.
