This week let’s talk about the importance of having a sense of purpose and high performance in life.
Research has shown that having a sense of purpose can lead to a life of greater satisfaction and happiness.?When you have a clearly defined purpose driving you, you're more likely to take action to achieve your goals and make positive changes in your endeavors and in life.
?On the other hand, high performance in having the dedication and passion to work towards achieving success. This includes setting yourself achievable but challenging goals, developing a strong set of personal and professional skills that help you reach those goals, and having the persistence and focus to stay on track.?
In terms of reaching success, having a sense of purpose and high performance go hand in hand. When you have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve, it provides you with the motivation to persevere and work hard to accomplish those goals. Similarly, when you have the dedication, focus and passion to put in the work required, you're more likely to achieve success when you have a clear understanding of what you're working towards.?
The combination of these two qualities is incredibly powerful.?

Conversely, when you're focused on achieving your goals, it gives you a greater sense of purpose and motivation to continue working hard. Finally, here is, a secret that is even more powerful which is the part that I'm more passionate about and you know what it is? The higher truth is this!
Purpose is found in context! And yes, it can evolve. So, what do I mean by that? Why it's found in context?
To understand the function, the role, or the purpose of something, we need a context! ?As human, we belong to always serve a bigger container.

So, you got to spend some time, if you think about it, sometimes we don't see our purpose right away!
We got to zoom out and see that's where the context comes in. Because everything in nature has a purpose and sometimes until you zoom out, you don't see that purpose. So that's why it takes a reflection and time to find it. And that is in scale in all endeavors.
That’s constant seeking for clarification and alignment on purpose is what separates the greatest from the average performer.
