After feeding your cells you have to protect it. How do you protect your cells.

According to USDA, you are supposed to have 5-9 servings of your colorful bright orange, yellow, red and dark green fruits???????? and vegetables.
You are supposed to have 3-5 servings of vegetables. What is that? One cup of raw leafy vegetables, half a cup of other vegetables cooked????? or raw, 3-4 cups of vegetable juice.
Then for fruits, 2-4 servings daily, one medium apple?? or banana?? or orange??, half a grapefruit??, 3cups of 100% fruit juice??, half a cup of Berry, half a cup of canned fruit, water and half a cup of dried fruit.
Think about it. Do you get all these every day?. Chances are you don't.
