How to protect the terminal against the Acid

As battery factory producer, all we know when we fill the acid into the battery and charge, the terminal will touch the acid and be damaged by the Acid. Here to protect the Terminal ,we change the process. Now allow me to introduce our craftsmanship spirit.

After assembling , we add the bottom Glue, when glue dry, we load the battery to charging base, fill the acid first, after finish charging, we wash the battery . Then Cut the pole and weld the terminal and then add the color glue . Here seems describe very simple, but each step not easy.Here let's see each step by photos.

Then when color glue dry, we silk and pack the battery into the carton(Inspection include ).
