Interesting information. It then means that chatgpt must be programmed to function optimally as an online marketing tool. Or does it automatically carry out all of the above? I want to believe that even the customer engagement and lead generation functions are to be programmed. For instance, for customer engagement, one would need to create FAQ with corresponding answers for the chatbot to use for responses. Am I correct with my view or does Chatgpt works automatically without being programmed on a website? Thanks.
