The process of dissolve EPM:

The process of dissolving rubber requires constant stirring for four hours, and cools?to below 80℃?at natural temperature. The natural cooling process is very important. It is also a reaction process, and fine particles can be slowly dissolved. It takes about 12 hours to cool down naturally, so that the dissolved liquid will be more well-distributed.
If the dissolving?temperature is low,?and the transparency will be?good, but dissolving?time is relatively long, unevenness is easy to occur, and precipitation is easy to occur during the production of lubricating oil. High dissolving?temperature will totally dissolved, lower viscosity, better shear drop rate, but cost will be increased.
The final VI improver is colorless or light yellow viscous liquid, it can be used in blending lubricant oil directly as requested.
