Pressure: Control pressure is especially important

The printing pressure should not be too light: the pressure control of the uneven cardboard is very important. First, the printing pressure should not be too light. The colleague who increases the printing pressure should press the plate to the lightest, so that the printing plate can transfer the ink at the same time. The printing plate is not easily deformed, and the ink does not get stuck on the edge of the printing plate. The printing pressure is a little higher and the font is also cleaned.

The pressure of the paper feed roller should not be increased: the paperboard cannot be crushed at the paper feed roller, so the adjustment of the paper feed wheel gap should be controlled to -0.4 mm of the thickness of the paperboard. If the heavy cardboard is crushed, the printing pressure will increase. Therefore, the paper feed unit must be controlled. If the plate pressure is also large and the printing pressure is also large, there will be printing paste and unclear writing.

Ink: Let the ink penetrate better into the paper

The unevenness of the cardboard is caused by the uneven paper surface force, and the ink absorption is poor when the paperboard tension is tight. Therefore, for the paper problem, it is necessary to increase the toner content of the ink, reduce the viscosity of the ink, and reduce the amount of ink. Then the penetrant is added to the ink to improve the penetration of the ink and allow the ink to penetrate into the paper better, so that the problem can be solved.
