Really good resources though.
I find this a debatable topic. Sure, it's great to keep the people around, but there's many things to keep in mind. What is your employees passion. Are they part of the company just for money, or for their passions? Why they may be quitting? It's either they want to move onto a new path, or they found a financial solution. I guess what I am trying to say, if they're there just for the passion, but they found a new path, it's probably best to let go. I want a team who wants to be part of the team, not just for money. Some people stick around for their passion, others stick around because they found their passion, and others may want to leave because they want better pay or other things. I have no idea where I am going with this, but I'm sure there was a point made somewhere.
