  • Amazon is focusing on one-day delivery. The company invested a lot of money growing its Prime shipping before the pandemic. They've increased prime fees and doubled fulfillment capacity in the last two years.
  • With the launch of its "Imperfects" platform, eBay U.K. hopes to combat the problem of fashion waste. Imperfect sells new but substandard products from more than 100 high-street brands.
  • Shoppable augmented reality content from Walmart U.S.A. is now available on Snapchat, where it hopes to increase sales of its e-commerce site. A new AR "Snap Scan & Shop" lens is being rolled out by Walmart to allow mobile users to make recipes using items they already have at home or can order from Walmart
  • As part of its "Buy With Prime" initiative, Amazon.com now allows direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands to use FBA and AmazonPay on their own websites while maintaining a direct relationship with their customers.
