Hi guys I just wanted to pass on this information along it was sent to me by a colleague who has a friend that works at Dalton and Green, which is the main hospital on our Island. This information is in Spanish so I'm just going to translate it for you.
The Chinese now understand the behavior of the Corvid 19 virus thanks to autopsies that they have carried out. This virus is characterized by obstructing respiratory passageways with thick mucus that solidifies and blocks the airways and lungs. They have discovered that in order to be able to apply a medicine they must open and unblock these air ways, so they are free and can be used to make you better. However, all of this takes several days. The following are recommendations regarding what you can do to safeguard yourself.
#1. Drink lots of hot liquids coffee, soups, teas, and warm water. In addition, take a sip of warm water every 20 minutes. This will help to keep your mouth moist while washing the virus that's inside your mouth into your stomach where the gastric juices will neutralize it before it can get to the lungs.
#2. Gargle with a mouthwash, warm water and vinegar or salt and water or lemon every day if possible especially if you get a sour throat.
#3. The virus can attach itself to clothing like shirts or coat. Detergent with soap can kill the virus so you must take a bath or shower when you return from being outside from the street. Avoid sitting down anywhere and go straight to the bathroom to shower. If you cannot wash your clothes daily, hang them in direct sunlight, the ultraviolet neutralizes the virus.
#4. Wash metallic surfaces very carefully because the virus can remain viable on these for up to nine days. Take note and be vigilant about touching handrails and door handles. Within your own house you can make sure that handrails are kept clean by wiping them down regularly.
#5. Don't smoke.
#6. Wash your hands every 20 minutes using soap, do this for 20 seconds thoroughly, fingers, thumbs, front and back of hands and wrists.
#7. Eat fruits and vegetables try to elevate your zinc vitamin levels, not just C or D vitamin levels.
#8. Animals do not spread the virus to people, this is a person-to-person transmission.
#9. Try to avoid getting the common flu because it will weaken your immunity system. Try to avoid eating or drinking cold food and beverages.
#10. If you feel any discomfort in your throat or sore throat coming on attack it immediately using the above methods. Once the virus enters your system it will remain for 3 or 4 days within the throat before passing into the lungs. While its in your throat you have a chance to stop it before it enters your lungs.
Good luck to everyone. Love yourself and pass this information along. I've received the same strategy from a lot of different sources, so it seems to be very credible advice.
