How to present foldable phone Galaxy Z Flip in retail?

Samsung launched new category of folded mobile phones in 2019. Second model released at Czech and Slovak market was Galaxy Z Flip. Small foldable phone was available in two colours: pink and black, so it was important to present two pieces in store display. Designed pedestal was inspired by spherical shape of closed flower to align with graphic visual style of the phone screens and campaign assets. Frontal glass panel was easy to open for shop assistant, but created natural barrier for costumers as phones were presented only on request. The spherical fixture was designed to present an open and close phone together with short description of main features. Fixture was decorated with LED light stripe to attract costumers and stand out from the crowd of other products presented at local stores. Galaxy Z Flip pedestal was placed in all Samsung brand stores and in selected partner stores in Czechia and Slovakia as stand alone fixture or main element placed on the tables.
