1 年Such great insights on a great Tuesday, Jessica! One great advice I learned back then to speak confidently is really embrace the mess and the message. Oftentimes, we get so fixated with making sure everything goes perfectly! However, that's not going to be the case. Mishaps occur and plans don't get followed -- but it's important to anticipate what to do when these happen. Great share Jess!
