Preparation meant knowing the market cold. I'd met the players, was dismissed by the celebrities and social climbers, and calibrated with the innovators and early adopters.

When market taste shifted our formerly too expensive product lines became in high demand. As I'd spent time on hiring, sales, and service structures the business scaled fast.

The market leaders were caught by surprise. Goliath was felled not by my slingshot but due to not being out in the ocean noticing what was coming next. Their businesses collapsed.

These cycles repeated over years. It's the same pattern. I've never seen a market that didn't operate this way. I've been on the front lines of many of them. It takes time to learn to surf.

We no longer have the luxury. You will be wiped clean. After years of transition after transition many feel fed up by the status quo. Liberation pathways are easy to find today.

?? Float into the open ocean without looking back at the shore as nothing matters except being who you are, with your people, and liberation from the vagaries of constant change.

Winning once does not lead to a stable foundation. Know how change works. Ignore placebos. Creation that's original lasts as destiny realized in the world. Ignore popularity.
