HOW TO BE POSITIVE?
The first question is raised that why you want to be positive? I have pointed out some reasons here:
1. Are you boring on daily basis schedule?
2. Do you want to earn more money?
3. Do you have a wish to getting the fame in this world?
4. Maybe, you fall down in any love case or disappointed by this matter?
5. This possibility is also, that You are involved somewhere in spiritualism and you are getting a lot of suffering to get your goal?
1. Identify the positive & negative things!
This is very important that how can you be positive?
The second is, understand that what is the positivity? You want to be positive but you are not. Everything in this world has an importance of its own, so every single and too much little things have their purpose but you don't know about it. I am not saying you should know them. I would like to just say if you want to be positive, at least you should have a goal for any specific target. If you have none target, you would not create any positivity because you won't be able to think to generate something. Your life is having spent without purpose and much more chances are there it would depress you or having the negative thoughts. That's why to search in yourself what should be the goal in life. Maybe, you are engaging in a struggle, if you are engaged then I hundred percent sure you have a goal because you are already in figure out. "You are trying an effort to get rid of your odd circumstance continue, you are already positive. So, don't worry about the positivity. Here is you need to enhance your positivity.
It is very complicated to identify the positive and negative things. Many times negative things become positive and positive things can be converted into negatives too. Though positive and negative are goes on a parallel in your life and both have its own importance, you cannot be recognized it easily. Think about it. A lot of remedies are able in this world, but whichever is suitable for you, who told you about it. This task must be solved by you. No one can crack it. Anyone can give you suggestions and recommends something, but these are all the temporary arrangements. What should be the solid option? Think! Only you can think about it, no one can help in this matter.
Without identification of positivity and negativity, you are like that candle which is burning continue, but that is neither spreading out the light nor reflecting something. Means your life is useless.
2. Imagination – How to do the imagine
I can create an impossible mission. My future is blank like a blank paper. I can illustrate my life as an artist. But here is I am wrong, because, beyond my imagination, my future is also full of uncertainty. Despite this, I could fill up the colors in my dreams too. Set a strong vision for future in your mind just then you could complete your imagination otherwise not. More often, you see the daydreams, many worthless thoughts are surrounding you, but you are not still in those because they are running with no obstacles. You are also running with them. If you are still at a thought and it continues goes on in your mind then it can take a place in your brain and then raise an imagination or depression. You can also convert your depression into the imagination, then you will have to need a good guidance. Your imagination is the key to creating your dreams. One of the greatest assets you have as a human being is the incredible power of your own imagination. You are an openminded person who wanna do things and ... Now coming back to your question; How to improve your imagination?
Focus on developing and honing these talents to express your creativity and imagination in areas you excel in or in things you know how to do the best.
Getting into the Right Mindset. Understand your potential. The biggest obstacle you face may be yourself. Open your mind. Imagination and creativity go hand-in-hand. Reverse the obstacles. Think beyond the horizons.
3. Strong points
Think a little, what are your strong points? Some of them can be rare. Might be, you can be a different type of person, and you can do something different, but you are unaware of this. Revise your schedule in your mind on the daily basis, weekly, monthly, and yearly. Next step is; how to develop your qualities/characteristics? I am talking only about your positive characteristics because you would be developed only through your positive points. It might be happening that your strong points are not liked by others and many times people may think you are crazy. Don't bother with that. Accept your strong points and give a direction to them to achieve something. Rinse out of yourself.
Give an insight to you, you are very deep in yourself like an ocean, but you are not taking a dive in this. Many pearls are there, what's your good nature, polish them; only think what to do, what to get? Never should come any negative thought for anything like maybe, perhaps, probably… etc. You are an unbuilt statue that is hidden in you. How are you presenting in this world, important is this? How made you presently by the circumstances, not a mean, change yourself, do something to figure out in you. Something is missing there that's why you are shinning in your society, or in this world. Your strong points can only highlight you.
4. Planning
The great thing is that we are generally inclined to be positive, but this is wonderful thought how can we remain positive in this world that shocks us daily, because a number of factors reflect us, so plan for it and set goals to support you stay positive. Here I am giving you a mantra (formula) apply it to yourself "Happiness is in me and I am happy".
Even if everything worked out perfectly in our life since then we can't stay positive.
Accept all wrong things that are happening to you and maintain a balance in your mind. Keep the patience and do fighting go ahead with your plan.
It takes hardly 21 days or one month to create a habit, tries these hourly affirmations for three full weeks or one month. Take notes about your feelings, outcomes, and thoughts as this new way of thinking becomes part of your daily routine.
Believe yourself, that you can follow the implementation of planning and you can change the lives and circumstances. One day you would be able to see this change that you are going rapidly on a positive track.
When you believe in yourself and implementation of planning, the world and universe will follow your lead.

5. Build your stamina
To getting a good stamina, you will have to pay attention of two things : Food & Exercise
Food:
Food is the most essential requirement for the sustenance of human life. Even if a human being does not have a shelter over their head or clothes over their body, they would still survive if they get wholesome nutrition. Food is the first element who gives you direct energy. No one denies it. But the important thing is which food supplement is suitable for you. Every type of food cannot be accepted by everyone's body. This is the main source of energy after your willpower. You can develop your stamina with the food. First of all, you will have to choose that food which gives you proper energy without a break. Food also impacts us our mood, so to get a good energy your diet plan should be fixed in advance that's why you can work without break or without mood upset. You also may apply a diet plan or you can follow the plan by a dietician.
If you would see any big success man schedule, they are the fixed on their diets that are given by the doctors, nutritionist, dietician etc.
Exercise:
Exercise should be an essential part of your life, without it you cannot digest your food and you cannot generate adequate energy. An exercise gives you more benefit rather than other sources of energy. You can lose your weight and much more active and diseases will run away from you automatically. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Exercise and physical activity can be enjoyable. Regular trips to the gym are great but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is the key.
There is a need to blow off steam after a stressful day? A gym session or brisk 30-minute walk can help. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.
You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence.
