How Plugging In To Neurodiversity Is Driving Leading Organizations Forward

Greetings from rainy Texas!?

I hope everyone had a great holiday break.? Ours was nice and relaxing.? Charlie has some interests that are pretty common (video games, his phone, etc.) and some that may be a bit less so (poetry and art, currently) that took up a good deal of his holiday down time.? It’s cool to see his personality and skills continue to develop – including in some areas that do not resemble his Dad in any way!? ??

Potentia continues to surprise us as well with new opportunities and partnerships.? We’ve been fortunate that our mission has resonated with a number of friends and partners who have introduced us to new clients in industries including Energy, Defense and Banking.? ??

I’m also pleased to report that STARS has been gaining traction with some small to mid-sized companies as well.? These companies may have different needs from the big guys, but they are benefitting at least as much from access to new pools of talent who think differently.?

We’ll be talking about this and more with a great panel during our first live virtual event of the year (details below).? We’ve also included a recent Podcast I participated in as well as some misconceptions we want to help knock down.?

We’re excited to see what the new year brings and hope this note finds you well.

Onward!?

Jeff??????? ???????????
