How Plugging In To Neurodiversity Is Driving Leading Organizations Forward

Hi Folks,

Greetings from Texas!? I hope this note finds you all doing well.?

This month I’d like to draw your attention to a “new/old” offering of ours.? It’s old in that we’ve done it for years but new in that we are now offering it as a stand-alone service for those that need it.? I’m talking about individual coaching for ND employees.?

We’ve been getting a number of inquiries from clients who have someone on their team and “we really like her, and she’s great at X and Y but is struggling with Z” etc.? ?

We know that both strengths and some challenges often relate back to neurodiversity and the way our brains are wired.? We are uniquely positioned to help those individuals to get “unstuck” and to unlock their full potential.?

So, before you decide to move on from that person, or resign yourself that things can’t improve, or if you are that individual who likes their work but knows it could be better, you have an ally that can help.

Thanks, and see you next month!?

Potentia’s Dave Thompson Delivers TEDx Talk, Receiving Global Acclaim

“If you haven't already, I highly recommend watching his TEDx Talk on Rebranding the Brain. The work that he and the team at Potentia Workforce is doing is brilliant - to empower the ND community and create more inclusive workforces. … ?THIS is what businesses and people leaders need to take note of." – Alexandra P. , UK

Potentia's Director of Strategic Programs is no stranger to speaking in front of the microphone, but this time it was personal. “Being raised through this lens of my perceived deficits rather than feeling encouraged to explore my many strengths had an impact on me that took years to overcome. I feel so lucky to be able to lead with who I am and how I think, and to use my platform with Potentia Workforce to help create more positive outcomes for all kinds of thinkers.”

Dave Thompson wove together his personal story with his vast professional experience in designing, managing, training and consulting on Neurodiversity Hiring Programs internationally in a 12 minute talk called “Rebranding The Brain: Neurodiversity at Work.”

“I was given 12 minutes to tell the world, especially employers, what I felt they needed to hear most, so I encourage leaders to take the 12 minutes to listen and consider the untapped potential within the workforce.”
