Is an adaptable, incremental framework that can deliver work in short duration time-boxes (Sprint) while providing transparency to the organization as to the status and progress of the work completed.Scrum allows to produce high-quality work faster. It encourages cohesiveness among various departments and makes it easier to identify issues, fostering continuous improvement that sustains and drives the whole process.
