I am definitely feeling this right now Claire. It's so challenging to keep up motivational levels and do a great job when you aren't feeling so great or positive yourself. I love your tips, quite a few of which I have been applying the last few weeks to keep me on the upside so I can support our clients and programme effectively. I have really had to keep sitting back, and considering what the best I can do, right now is - We don't know everything, and things are going to keep changing. So I'm going to do the best I can! Of your re-calibrate list.....My particular faves are - Exercise. Me and the other half have started the Insanity workouts. Hard as hell, but I feel so much better and brighter after achieving each session, and after some months of restless sleep, I am now sleeping well! Wearing my nice clothes - I've made an effort to do the hair/face/get dressed, and it really does help me feel more "normal" bra of course is still very much optional :) Music- A great motivator, and Rage Against The Machine also a personal fave of mine if I am feeling stressed and need to let it out! Thanks for sharing :) I feel like I am on the right track to staying my best self through all of this!
