"The power of your network, one of the things that I was told early in my career: network, network, network. I think there's such power in leveraging those relationships. Being somebody that's easy to work with and just enjoyable is extremely powerful in your career."

"I think managers have such an outsized impact in the organization as it relates to performance, retention, and engagement of their team. The manager influence and the role that leaders have in an organization probably outpaces everything."
