How Passion Drives Our Vision

How Passion Drives Our Vision

Vision is the greatest asset we can have. It defines how purposeful and meaningful our lives are and how meaningful and purposeful our businesses are going to be. Having a vision and being able to make it a reality differentiates leaders from managers. When there is no vision, no amount of effort or money can help. With vision, real change can be achieved.

Vision creates the fertile ground on which we build the future. How we create a productive and prosperous space for all stakeholders, employees, customers, partners, and future users of this eco-system, depends on visionary leaders.

Having a vision is like looking at the present from the future’s standpoint. Being a visionary is similar to putting one’s own signature on the future while being here and now. A visionary defines how soon the future reality will come.

A solid vision opens up a multidimensional space in which anything is possible. Vision is the most powerful and versatile tool we have to make a difference in the world around us.

How vision comes?

Vision comes when your conscious awareness of a problem you want to solve for the benefit of others reaches its peak. A visionary herself goes up against uncertainty, again and again, growing the vision beyond even its original aspirations. Your aspirations are the roots of your vision that grow all the time. Your irresistible aspiration to solve a grand problem for the benefit of others will attract others.

Vision is not a gift but a reward for those who are prepared to work hard to solve problems that they identify along the way. It is very different from something quickly sketched on a board table as a vision statement.

Vision reflects our strongest aspirations transformed into the strongest passion. Vision provokes strong emotions. A strong vision is always accompanied by excitement and passion.

Passion

Excitement equals passion which gives emotional power to a vision. A strong vision brings strong passion which is difficult to contain. Strong passion is highly contagious. A simple and compelling vision excites more passion than any mere goal.

The fact is that your vision is bigger than you or your business itself. I know from experience, these strong emotions have woken me up in the middle of the night, driving me to write something down or make me desperate to find someone to talk to about my vision.

Actually, passion is serious business itself. You cannot achieve something great unless you want it with all your heart unless you're very passionate about it, and it makes you happy.

A compelling vision can’t be realized without being emotionally supported. These emotions drive people to put themselves through anything uncomfortable and challenging in executing a vision. Your vision is strong and compelling if you see a reflection of your passion in others. Check your excitement and passion by answering these three simple questions:

-??????????If you need to express your emotions about vision in two-three words, what would they be?

-??????????Does your vision make people excited?

-??????????Do you spread excitement and passion around you?

Vision is a gift that must be multiplied. The ability to multiply that gift depends on the leader’s ability to spread their passion as widely as possible and make others the multipliers of that passion.

Passion is always positive. We must be passionate and positive to become giants and make others giants as well.?

This is very helpful Dr. Oleg Konovalov! Vision without passion is like that tree that falls in the forest that nobody notices. Thank you!

Dr. Oleg Konovalov, Your ability to capture the essence of an idea and communicate it in an eloquent way never ceases to amaze me. Here were the two most impactful sentences from my point of view "Vision comes when your conscious awareness of a problem you want to solve for the benefit of others reaches its peak". "Your irresistible aspiration to solve a grand problem for the benefit of others will attract others". A great vision is always in service to others. A great visionary is always a servant leader. Thank you again for an amazing post my friend.
