How to pack your PCBA to avoid damage?

You can select bags of various sizes and have your ESD-sensitive boards packed individually to safeguard them from static shocks during transit.


For moisture-sensitive PCBs or shipments through ocean freight or humid climates, moisture barrier packaging or moisture barrier bags are recommended. These packages individually seal the PCBs and may include desiccant packets to prevent moisture absorption from the surrounding air, regardless of the boards' travel conditions. Additionally, moisture barrier packaging typically provides puncture resistance, offering extra protection for your boards.


In the case of highly moisture-sensitive circuit board applications, vacuum-sealed packaging is an option. This involves removing all the air from the packaging around the #PCB, giving it a neater appearance similar to shrink wrap.
