These are some common problems and issues with most of the professionals these days. As a professional I can understand the pain of professionals. How people struggle to finish their day priorities. A lot of people face these challenges in their personal and professional journeys.?
Why does it happen?
You might be a genius in your work but if you are not able to deliver the things on time then you are nothing at all. It always happens due to their mismanagement of priorities. There is a simple rule
If we do not respect the time, time will not respect us, time will definitely kill us.
Sometimes people pick the tasks which are really not important for them at least for now. It might be possible that that task might be important for him/her after one month but he/she started that task today.
And at the end of the day what will happen?
When he/she will go through the tasks status, what completed and what not and they will find that nothing completed. They will feel not productive for the day and guilty for the day. This is one of the reasons that causes stress. It really happens sometimes with me as well.
Sometimes we do things perfectly. But nothing is perfect in life. Perfection comes from practice. Earlier it happened with me as well. But slowly I understood the concept that nothing is perfect in life. So, do what you want to do in your life and career quickly without waiting for perfection. Over a period of time you will get perfection for sure.

When I found a simple formula of 4Ds my life became easier by using that. That's why I thought, " why should I not share this formula with all of my brothers and sisters?"
What is a 4Ds formula?
It is a very simple formula which have 4Ds as
The first D means - Delete it, It means if something is not important at all for you, you can delete it. If we think about a complete day we are productive for only 4-5 hours. Then where the other time goes daily. Checking phones again and again, checking social media again and again, checking emails again and again and gossiping or frequent breaks with colleagues.
The second D means - Delay it, It means if there is something we can delay then delay it. Do it later. Sometimes we pick the tasks which are really not important for now but we have started and thinking let's finish it, it's a small task. But we waste lots of time which is really not important for now.
The third D means - Delegate it, It means if there is something which is done by someone else then transfer it. This is one of the leadership skills as well. If you are able to transfer your tasks to your subordinates or your subordinates are willing to do your work on your behalf then it's a good skill. You can save time for yourself and you can use that time for other more important things.
The fourth D means - Do It, It means this is your task which you have to do today because no one can do it for you.
Trust me you will not only save time for yourself but also complete your daily tasks on time by using this simple formula of 4Ds. It helps me a lot and definitely will help you. Just need to follow it.
