Ever hire someone to do a job but they didn't do it well so instead of having the job done you just gave yourself a bunch of more jobs?!?

Just don't lie to yourself that outsourcing to someone that doesn't know what they are doing is going to help you free up your time.

Here’s the setback with traditional outsourcing:?

• Too many hirers try to outsource work and intentionally choose someone with no experience that they will need to train and manage...when at the same time there are experts readily available. Remember...the hirer does this ON PURPOSE to "save money" only for the project to end up costing more. Eek!
• Choosing to replace one time trap with another leaves you with a harder, more time-consuming job than you began with instead of the goal of zero jobs.?
• This leaves the hirer in a position of potentially working twice as long and hard until realizing it would have been better to do the job themselves all along.?

This training-required outsourcing process frustrates the one hiring and the one being hired. There is a time and place for training.
