Although our country and our world are going through a crisis right now, the real estate market here in Oregon hasn’t missed a beat. Homes are still being bought and sold, although in a much safer and cautious way. Our state continues to have the largest housing shortage in the nation, which is great news for home sellers. At the same time, interest rates have dropped to historic lows and created a fantastic opportunity for homebuyers.
