How Our Inner Vision Guides Us

Reach Out to Start Your Inner Vision Journey

Have you had a time where you were struggling with what to think or what to do?? You may have tossed and turned and even lost a bit of sleep trying to think of a solution or action to take to help you navigate through a sticky situation. You try to gather more and more facts only to be stuck in the same place you were when you started?

And then, out of the blue, you just know the answer.? It did not come from your head or your mind or from reading a book or an email.? It came from somewhere more connected with the core of you are.? You had no hard evidence, no statistical basis to influence you at the time, you just knew it was correct.

Native people around the world called this intuitive knowing Inner Vision.? It is the voice that comes from deep within our soul.? It is not a voice of the head that uses logic and facts to make decisions and justify actions.? It is on a deeper level that is genetically linked into our intuition, which has been passed down the human race over time.?

Too often I think we get so busy with tight deadlines, new technology and a constant to do list that it can be easy to forget to listen to our Inner Vision.

I was speaking with a client this week about some of the challenges she was having getting her middle managers to lead in a more proactive way.? She talked about how the HR department had developed this complex Leadership Competency Framework that had multiple levels and a massive range of components that was so complex many of her people were not sure where to start.? She said it just seemed like they were stuck in a loop of so much information and so many options that they just froze.

When we get overwhelmed, we often only look for the facts that are right in front of our face to justify making a quick decision.? Other times we don’t want to make a difficult decision, so we gather more research to try to push back something that could be unpleasant.? We know that when we take this approach, we usually will have to spend more time and energy fixing things later.

If we would listen sooner to our Inner Vision, we would probably make smarter decisions and save time and get the desired outcome faster.? Everyone knows someone who is very tapped into their intuition and uses this to guide their decisions and approach.? These are usually the people that others look up to because of how authentic they are—and how they spread a sense of knowing and wisdom to others.

Fantastic insights as always here Scott Stein, inner vision matters and sometimes too cluttered and buried in all the logistics you talk about. Experts need an inner vision release! Thanks for the reminder!

Love the philosophy and insight of Inner Visions. Humanity has been so focused on solving problems from the Head that we have forgotten how to solve problems from the Heart and the Gut. Integrating Head, Heart and Gut might be the key to our individual and collective futures, if we are brave enough to follow the path...
