Our environment is key to us achieving things and it can have a?positive or negative effect.
This is because your environment affects your behaviour and your behaviour gets you your goals.?Your environment can affect you either at a conscious level or it can happen at an unconscious level.
If you think about it there are people around you who affect you either in the negative or positive way, your culture can affect you, the people around you and their culture can affect you, and things like politics can affect you. It’s almost like the environment can create who you are and can create your beliefs, your values, and that identity.
Energy flows are also really important.

I recently worked with a client that felt that she had a sort of five-foot wall right in front of her, obviously, that was at an unconscious level and it was really stopping her from moving forward. If our flow of energy at an unconscious level is not in a very good place then we strive to move forward and that takes up a lot of energy and stops us from achieving things. You can have a messy environment at a conscious level that leads to blockages in flow as well.
If your energy flow both at an unconscious level and at a conscious level, (or an external level versus an internal level) is in harmony and flow then your behaviour just gets you your goals and you find setting goals easy and taking the action that you need to get those goals.
So my question to you is, does your environment support your achievements? Does it support who you want to be? Does it support what you want to have?
