We pride ourselves on having a diverse team. We believe that our team's diversity is one of our greatest strengths, and it's what sets us apart from other photography companies here in Finland.?Our team of 15 represent eight different nationalities.?In this blog post, we'll explore how our diverse team makes our photography better.


First and foremost, having a diverse team means that we have a variety of perspectives. Our team members come from different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, which means that they bring unique viewpoints to the table. When your photographer is an engineer, and your photo editor is a Graphic Designer you might think that they would clash creatively. But in reality, having a diverse team with different backgrounds and skill sets can lead to some truly unique and innovative work. For example, the engineer-turned-photographer might approach a shoot with a more technical eye, focusing on lighting and composition in a precise and calculated way. Meanwhile, the graphic designer photo editor might bring a more artistic and creative perspective to the editing process, using their knowledge of colour theory and design principles to enhance the final product.


This abundance of variety is a huge asset when it comes to creating your brand's visual language. By bringing together people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, we can create a visual language that is rich, nuanced, and inclusive. It's not just about having a diverse team - it's also about creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas and perspectives.?


The biggest benefit of having a diverse team is that we can better serve our clients. We work with people from all walks of life, and having a team that reflects that diversity means that we can better understand and meet their needs. For example, if we're working with a client who is from a different culture, having team members who are familiar with that culture can help us create images that are more authentic and meaningful.

Our team members come from different parts of the world, are all different ages, and they bring with them different fashion, art, and design influences.
