Here's the process:
Let me give you some brilliant examples on this.
? Identify the conventional and what you CAN'T stand
When you feel stuck in copy-paste land - that's your cue to flip it on its head! Do this by identifying the conventional and what you CAN'T stand - then create the complete opposite.
? If your industry…host courses in Facebook groups…you build a course platform in Squarespace with your colors, fonts and vibe?
? If your industry…talks about pain points only…talk about desire, give people hope and be optimistic.?
? If your industry…has a lot of problematic ways of selling…be authentic and sell in a genuine way.?
Food for thought: Where do you fall into doing things like everyone else? Where do you definitely stand on the opposite side from the conventional?
? Think so hard that your brain hurts on ways to be opposite from the conventional
If I told you how much time I spend reflecting, researching and innovating per week you would be go ???? - that is me putting in the reps of thinking differently.
? Think original thoughts by detaching from your industry
People will tell you that there's no such thing as an original thought - I disagree. What was once an innovation (like cars for instance) are now normal and conventional. You have to detach from being a consumer for a while and then...when you are in solitude and creator mode, new original thoughts can take form.
