HOW TO OPTIMIZE YOUR SLEEPING HABITS (even if you're really busy)

Research shows that sleep can reduce the level of stress. How?
The pineal gland secretes melatonin to induce sleepiness. And more than that: activities including blood pressure, the immune system, cellular growth, and many more, depend on a balanced melatonin cycle.
So, if we don’t have a quality sleep, our health goes out of balance.
If you're short on time, it’s healthier to go to sleep early and wake up at sunrise instead of working late. To make this change easier, quit drinking coffee or black tea in the afternoon and avoid eating heavy meals after 7 pm. You can do a 10min walk before sleep. And if you still cannot fall asleep, as you are switching to a new sleeping cycle, drink some valerian tea tablets.
