How This One Process can get rid of your Bottlenecks

Hey there. Right now, is your business suffering from severe bottlenecks? I know what it’s like. It feels like you and your team aren’t getting anything done, and you just feel like you’re completely stuck in place with no way out.?

One of the likely culprits for this is the lack of a strong system and process in your team. Maybe the system that you’ve implemented isn’t getting things done because there are areas being neglected, or some of the people in your team aren’y doing their jobs.?

Let’s be real here. A strong system and process in your business can dictate the future of your business. Without having a system and a process for it, you’re kinda just guessing and likely aren’t getting the best results.?

This eventually leads to some pretty major bottlenecks, and it’s going to severely hinder the progress that you and your team were making.?

Despite all this, there’s a solution that you can do, one process that can turn things around for you…

Consistency.?

I will always say this one thing to anyone that asks me how they can get unstuck: CONSISTENCY IS KEY!?

Big or small, it doesn’t matter. Keep making progress, and use them to make milestone goals for your company. That way, you can really produce a TON of results for your business, So now you might be asking, “How do I make progress?” This is how you get started on being consistent:

Stack the Progress That You're Making

Every week you're gonna look back in two months and three months. Then you realize just how much progress you’ve made and how far you and your business have come.?

Come 6 months and 12 months, just stay consistent with it. You will continue to get better

and better results.

PICK A SCHEDULE AND COMMIT TO IT

When looking at creating a good weekly meeting structure number one, same day, same time every week without fail do not change and do not miss it. Unless there's an emergency at hand, do not miss out on any plans you have made for the day.?

Include your KPI's

You should have a team that’s dedicated to collecting data. Be it sales data or recruiting data, gathering everything that helps to propel your business forward.?

If you measure and report tasks, especially the key ones, there's a 95% chance that the objectives will actually be met.

Review of To-Do Lists

At the start of the day and the end, it’s a good habit to review your To-Do-Lists. This is to help you check out boxes of important tasks that your team has accomplished, while helping you take note of other important things that need to be taken care of.

High-Intensity Problem Solving Section

You’ve identified the data you need, correct? You measure the results, you figure out, here's our benchmark, here's what we did. And if you didn't accomplish it, it goes down to your problems or hips list.?

This is what I like to call the “High Intensity Problem Solving” section. This helps you identify what areas you need to put more emphasis on so you can accomplish them ASAP.?

Prioritize Next Action Steps

Thanks to the High-Intensity Problem Solving Section, you most likely already have a good idea of what things need to be done immediately. This is the best time to set up your next meeting so you can discuss how to best accomplish these tasks with the rest of your team and properly delegate it to the right people.?

And that wraps things up about consistency and the steps you should be taking for getting rid of your bottlenecks. I hope that once you start practicing this, you implement changes into your routine that helps you stay consistent and on top of the things you need to do so you don’t get bottlenecked in your business.
