How one client sleeps better at night (and you can too)

I was the keynote speaker at the Association of Black Women Physicians luncheon earlier this year.?

During my talk, one of my former clients stood up, unprompted, and shared her experience.? She said.

“I’m getting the best sleep of my life after working with her.”

As she spoke, you could feel the energy shift in the room.?

The women listening—highly successful, driven, and accomplished women—nodded in understanding.?

Stress steals your sleep. Burnout drains your energy.

And no matter how much you achieve or how hard you push, there’s a price you’re paying.
