How Often Do You Train Your Mind?

Anything is only as strong as we can make it. ???
Just like we all have muscles on our body, but not all of us have the same muscle size. ??
If we don't use it, we lose it. ??
If we don't grow, we shrink. ??
There is no in-between. ??
Nature doesn't stop moving, everything is growing or dying. ??
Do we get smarter if we don't do anything new? ??
Even money slowly becomes less valuable due to inflation. ??
So what's the solution? ??
It's simple. ??
We use it. ??
But we have to use it properly. ??
You can't work out a muscle with bad movement and expect maximum results. You might even get an injury. ??
What's more interesting is that our mind is our operating software. Without it, the hardware, our body, wouldn't be able to do anything.???
Windows vs Mac OS, Android vs iOS, Chrome vs Firefox - all of these are superficial comparisons when you consider that they are all just an opinion of our ultimate software, the mind. ??
How many of us have received a manual or any type of education on how to use it? Truth be told, not many, but that's ok, because if you're reading this you already know that what I'm saying is possible and it's just a matter of us deciding. ??Deciding that we want to have more control over our lives and learn to use our mind for exactly what we want to achieve. ??
What I'm saying might sometimes seem ambiguous and the main reason why that is happening is because our mind doesn't always focus on what we're reading. When we are at our best we can understand almost anything, but when we're just reading something unintentionally, like we do many times on social media, it's easy to miss the point. ?
That's why I'm posting so often. I know that many times someone might be reading a piece of content like this one and ignore it, even if it may be life-changing. And sometimes even if I'm using fewer examples or analogies, that post may have a positive impact. ??
