Research is the always the key prior to any interview. Thoroughly research the typical salary range for similar positions in your industry and location.? 2. Know Your Value?
Understand your own worth. The moment you step in that interview room, consider your education, skills, relevant experience, and any certifications or specialized training you have. Do not hold back in clearly explaining how these qualifications make you a valuable asset to the company.?
