How my spiritual journey started

Today's meditation session was mind-blowing as I delved deeper into my thoughts. Our trainer left us without instructions for a few minutes, and that's when thoughts began to surface in my mind. I am eager to share those moments with you.

This time, it took me a while to focus and dive deep into my thoughts. I started seeing a ball of fire revolving around the universe. I found myself standing at the top of a mountain with my life partner, but in the next moment, I felt alone. I then saw the same saint wearing yellow clothes; this time, he turned around, and I interpreted from his facial expressions that he might be a bit angry with me.

Suddenly, I found myself sitting amidst the universe filled with stars and all nine planets (Grah) revolving around me. As I sat at the centre, engaged in meditation, I could still visualize myself in that moment while narrating this.

As I went even deeper into my thoughts, everything turned blank for me. I felt like my eyes were open, and I could see everything, but blank colours started appearing—white, black, blue, etc. I am trying hard for this blankness to disappear, and words started whispering from my mouth like 'Prabhu-Prabhu' (GOD). The truth is, all of this is happening with my eyes closed...!

Then, something incredible happened. I felt energy flowing from my belly (the origin of humans) and moving towards my neck. It felt like a yellow, sparking thread filled with energy revolving around my upper body. This was a superb experience, and I felt it might be the generation of cosmic energy.

My trainer asked me to take long breaths and open my eyes, but I didn't want to open them because I could feel that blast of energy coming out of me.

Saints always speak the truth; we humans are made of energy, and cosmic energy is always around us. It is an outcome of thoughts that are reflected in our body positively or negatively. You just have to feel it!
