How My Emotions Led Me To Find Employees

Talking about my past has brought me to find employees, clients and agents that I truly admire. 

This happened because shared experiences are relationship triggers. And my experiences have brought me to do a lot of confrontation!!

When the mirror is telling you something different than you want to hear, it CONFRONTS you. 

Then, you have two choices: to fight it (or flight it) by hiding into FAKE emotion, like a smile and a detached, correct and empty answer, or to GROW with it. 

When you choose the second one, there’s the place where the growth happens. And it happens for everyone involved in the experience and the company’s mission.

This is why emotion is so important in placement. It gives you sales professional reaction, compatibility and shows whether people are within a GROWTH mindset or are willing to fly.
