"How much weight can I lose by summer"

Why not right? If you’ve got some weight to lose and know there are some clothes you’d like to fit into comfortable or some special events you want to feel your best for then why not use the summer motivation

The main thing you need to remember is sustainability! Do you want these results just for summer or for a lifetime?

Hold on a second though, if I give you 5 steps all in one go then it’s going to be more likely be an overdose, in one ear and out of the other, my guess is you need it broken down so you can actually put it in place..?
So I’m going to give you one a day and that should see us until Saturday, I got you ??
THE FIRST STEP?
Up your water intake to 3L and maintain this for 14 days…
Why is this is an important and a great first step??
Because the devils of weight loss are sugar and trans fats (the type of fats found in pastries and fried food)?
Why? They are the easiest thing for your body to turn to the fat you see around your body and despise?
The main reason people eat these things frequently is due to the habit of snacking…?
Aimlessly eating food that they don’t need but emotion, convenience, peer pressure and the assumption of hunger lead them to chop on the doughnuts, biscuits, crisps, sweets all day everyday?
It goes without saying that if you can cut your snacking down you will see some big changes in your body?

So where does water come in??
8 out of 10 times when you feel you are hungry, you are most likely dehydrated, the body is run by water and requires a good amount of it regularly - which most people are not remembering to give to it?
So if you up your water consumption it is a FACT that you are highly less likely to snack?
By using this as your first step and concentrating on it over the next 14 days, 2 things will hopefully happen?
AND THE BONUS ONE?
Here’s a few ways to make drinking water more bearable for those of you with designer taste buds
a) Drink no added sugar squash for half of your litres?
b) include herbal teas in your litres, preferable chamomile or green tea/ green tea decaf
c) Add fruit to your water bottle, such as lemon, strawberry, cucumber, lime?
