How Much Vibration is Needed to Pack Sand for Casting?

When it comes to sand casting, the work that goes into the process to get the best finished product is critical.

Flask is placed over the pattern. The cope, or top, is then filled with sand.

Repeat steps for bottom half, the drag, to then get an assembled mold.
