Consider somebody working in a well-cultured organization. To keep it simple let's name this individual as "Sattu".
Sattu is a specialist in his field and he is supposed to generate valid/considerable leads for his organization. He is learning new things and implementing those ideas in his daily works in order to provide expected outcomes.
But suddenly it happens that Sattu was able to find some better, some innovative idea through which he was supposed to provide the outcomes beyond the satisfactory point. Now he started using this new trick in his daily routine for almost all the tasks and to his surprise, the results went on increasing.
Now the question is: To what time duration should Sattu stick to this new obtained trick?
Well, the answer is simple and it depends on the situation. Either he should keep utilizing this trick, or he should quickly find some alternative.
- Case 1: Sattu should keep utilizing this trick
This option is highly acceptable. It is common that if you keep utilizing a single method and yet you keep searching for new innovative ideas then eventually you'll obtain a new trick/technique by which you can again generate more powerful results.
- Case 2: Sattu should quickly find some alternatives
This option is not highly in demand as if you keep on searching for new alternatives then it may happen that you may miss an opportunity of applying the things you have learned.
In general, it is recommended that Sattu should keep utilizing the trick he has found and along with that trick, he should study the market trends of how others are obtaining the results. Now as Sattu is already having 1 trick with him and moreover he studies the market scenarios it will help him in keeping his trick updated by making small alternatives as and when required.
